Your mission at emnos:

We are looking for a Key Account Manager in charge of developing the business together with our clients. You will be reporting to the Account Director. As Key Account Manager for one of our biggest clients in food & beverage retail, you will be responsible for the retailer directly as well as for his supplier partners:

  • Develop and maintain strategic long-term trusting relationship with the main existing clients
  • Support retailer client in the selling of their data to supplier: developing packages, identifying priority targets, ensuring partnerships renewal
  • Understand and solve the problems encountered by clients, in terms of product and services offered
  • Participate in the definition of emnos' commercial strategy
  • Act as the main point of contact between clients and internal teams
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders
  • Lead the main commercial negotiations in close collaboration with the Account Director

Requirements & Skills:

  • You already have at least 4 years of experience in Sales of Services or Consulting to retail/FMCG in a service/consulting/tech firm, or Category Manager position in the retail sector
  • Ability to build excellent relationships with counterparts, establishing trust and becoming a true strategic partner
  • Analytical and marketing skills
  • Strong communication and storytelling skills
  • Consultative approach to selling, identifying needs and selling appropriate solutions
  • Master’s degree in business administration, management, or a related field
  • Fluent in English and Polish (mandatory), German is a plus

Useful information:

  • Contract: Permanent
  • Work place: remote from Poland with regular travel to Munich and Porto
  • Home office: 3-4 days / week -> 1-2 days at the clients’ site in Warsaw
